dmoonme1 says: At least they're going to use a smaller cane this time, and not just because it is a woman offender, but a very strict government ruled by the religious community. This is one more reason to love America. Keep the church where it belongs, and out of government and law enforcement! The woman said in an interview, that she accepts the caning, because "I want to respect the law". Well then why did she go to a public place and drink in front of everyone?
