ericw says: By will.i.am, featuring Scarlett Johansen, John Legend, etc. This sure is getting a lot of play and attention. If you cannot appeal to reason, you must appeal to emotion. The art of advertising. Hollywood is a strong advocate for Obama. No doubt about it. More so than I have ever seen in politics. Willhelm, you are being left behind by the tides of history. Your very same line not only could have been used against Reagan, it was. Willhelm, you are being left behind by the tides of history. That is OK. The tides of history have led to some pretty despicable places. Changes for the positive, throughout all of history, have occured because of the actions and integrity of a minority. As far as the "line" goes, there are many reasons one may not be able to appeal to reason. Not all of them are the fault of the one doing the appealing. You speak, Willhelm, so many words. You mean type. Sure, but the meaning would be lost. Oh. Sure, but the meaning would be lost.So in other words, referring to the clip, you are making my point. To be inaccurate to make a point does not make the point. It is just flashy or dismissive rhetoric. Denial ain't a river in Egypt. Right? I wish I could vote for him Democrat voters to Obama supporters: No. You. Can't. That train to history sure crashed hard. Too bad Condeleeza Rice didn't run. That would have been historic. How racist are Democrats anyway? Obama is clearly the better candidate with much more passion, charisma, populism, emotional appeal, intelligence, self-respect, integrity, and charm. It has to be they just don't want a black guy. Oh well, I don't guess it is quite settled yet. Mr. Negativity. Sorry, Obama did not crash last night. He is now basically tied in delegates, and this for someone who two weeks ago was way behind in the polls. This train is firmly on the wheels and heading to destiny. Yes. We. Can. Obama is clearly the winner last night. Considering that the pundantry at already anointed Hillary as the Democratic nominee months ago. When the dust settles Obama will have emerged with more delegates alloted from the vote of the people on Super Tuesday, with more money in the bank, and with primaries coming up in states where Hillary appears to be lagging. Super Tuesday was geared for Hillary and not for Obama. In primaries where the people have time to go see the candidates in person and be introduced to the individual Obama does markedly better than Hillary. Super Tuesday was geared for name recognition which SHOULD have worked on Hillary's behalf. Super Tuesday was geared for name recognition which SHOULD have worked on Hillary's behalf.Certainly true. I fail to see how that helps in HRC's case. Happy birthday, Eric, my man! |
