Man we could have beaten or at least tied Brazil on Sunday. They're really an exciting team to watch.

They are. They were terrible in the first half but in the second half, they just ruled the pitch. And it didn't take anything out of them - they just sauntered around the pitch chipping in goals. Excellent.

Damn! That was ugly. Italia wasnt better than the socceroos. It was not fair. But Adam: If we (germany) play against Italia, believe me: we will f* their a**es up!

adam is out right now, but i was sitting next to him while he watched the end (we were working too of course ). he was certainly disappointed by losing and angered by the call, but he handled it like a gentlemen...was back to designing a new home page within 30 seconds.

I wish I could clipette, but I'm through with soccer. Every time I give it my energy it lets me down.

We wait 30 years to be in a spot like that then the whole thing comes down to "how dramatic can I make this fake fall appear to the referee" -- that's what really pisses me off. Even the call to send the Italian guy off was bs -- if we'd won, it would have been with an asterisk.

Anyway, less sport means more time and energy for new home page
