Just as a point of accuracy, Ethiopia became a Christian nation in the 4th Century. Islam has it's origins in the 7th century.

Admittedly Europeans became acquainted with coffee in the middle east but it's origin is actually in a Christian nation (about 50% Christian 50% Islamic these days).
