Oh, yeah... this follows the non-teaching of the Holocaust because it aggravates Muslim Brits whose kids come home and contradict the Ayatollahs / Imams who say it never happened.

Why don't we just kick all references to World War 2 completely out of the window?!? No cause, no effect, no military history at all...

I can assure you that most English kids will learn about, Hitler, Churchill, WWII etc well before the age of eleven. So there are 4 years when other periods of history are covered - so what.
