Well, I look at this way, I can do something - that's my point of power.

Plus I can pass the information on through what means are at my disposal
Then I can be hopeful that other's with the same stand will also participate.

I can even playfully imagine the fun that may happen in neighbourhoods where there's a concentration of like minded individuals. We had a bit of fun here when the Aug blackout happened a few years ago. Heck people could throw mini partys in the dark with just candles or solar powered lights. Whoo hoo -
