It shows that the Royal Family has a sense of humor. A big one if he did fart, because that is just not how dignified people react to such things.

But the Royal son shows an amazing lack of promise as a future Royal if he has so little self control as that! (OK his spin team would say that he suffers severe allergies and is not to be held accountable.
