They just hate bad publicity, because it will reduce sales. Of course there'll is plenty of concerned looks and lip service, but business is business. Even if it's killing the customers. It may not kill them outright - just a slow creep, perhaps sterilize them. They know there's a giant market emerging in China and India to fill any gaps. Scare tactics ? Yes. Things are rotting from the inside. Anyone who is not scared is a fool. Terrorism is a Red Herring. A touching set of photos of Iraqi children who are being bashed by a war not of their making. A group of kids playing soccer with bandoleers of bullets around their necks. Children being kidnapped into slavery to work in the farms producing cocoa for our chocolate. Paedophiles secreted in churches. Preying on children elsewhere. The realities of their young lives and still just pawns in the games and entrepreneurial doings of adults. It is so dangerous -- and an outrage. I also heard a recent report about baby bottles releasing poisons when heated... which is something you do all the time. We're swimming in the stew of our own self-destruction although we always still do have the choice of trying to swim up or sink down. Or at least try to. |
