Unfortunately some of the things you mentione on possibally banned have already been banned in some schools.

How sad! (I'm 30 so I've been out of school for a while, and we have no children yet, so this is all news to me!)

Ah, forgive my ignorance but I was always under the impression that rights were not applicable until one reaches the age of sufferage.
