It's unclear why the school wears the tag "State" since it isn't sponsored by any state and has, in fact, been banned from conducting business in Idaho and Alabama. Yet Superintendent H. James Wasser, Assistant Superintendent Donna Evangelista, and retired Assistant Superintendent Frank Tanzini all claimed degrees from Breyer State in order to qualify for pay raises - and also used taxpayer money to pay for the bogus degrees.
