One thing I've always admired about Starbucks employees, at least in my area, is that the are extremely pleasant, well-mannered, and very-much customer service oriented. But often that type of service comes with a more expensive cup of coffee. Yup, except, these customer oriented service persons are rather expensive for my daily coffee, so I'll substitute my dunkin donut reps with robots any day. Actually Mr. GWB has made me go down even lower than that in this economy, I'm now on McDonalds' six-days a week and Monday free coffee. There is a robot to make your bacon too! |
