watch for release of Inspector Generals report

A bit of childish tit-for-tat from the powers who thought they had control of the CIA. As a public department, they should be controlled and seek permission for acts. The Iraq situation has seen their power grow. They now don't like being checked on. Stage what of fascism is this move? The watchdogs inspector seems to have the experience needed. Will Bush veto the findings to retain control of the CIA.
