Not so sure I can see the logic in this. ; (
Studies have shown that even prison guards, by being exposed to the negative elements of daily prison life affects them in negative ways. Now think about those children being exposed to that everyday.
Many use the excuse "I'm a product of my environment". Prison is NOT a good environment, I don't care if your father/mother is there or not. A murderer is still a murderer.
