Separation of Corporation and State as the 28th Amendment is a brilliant idea. It'll have to be the 29th amendment. I've asked my legislators to propost this one as the 28th: Amendment XXVIII. Section 1. The public promotion of any national holiday by any person, corporation or organization for commercial purposes more than thirty calendar days before the holiday is hereby prohibited. Section 2. Restrictions on the public commercial promotion of state and local holidays shall be under the authority of the appropriate state or local government.
