Weird.
Looks like the birth certificate would at least list the egg donor in case the baby needed...I dunno..a kidney or bone marrow transplant or something...

The egg donor is the biological mother, so she'd be on the birth certificate. The surrogate doesn't have to be on the certificate because there is no biological connection.
