There were worse jobs to have. One of the dream jobs (along with being a writer for a travel magazine). He was also a penned works on scotches and bourbons. Takes me back to my bartending days and makes me wonder why my PhD brother passed on being a brew master in training for a rather big brew pub in my state (felt he had to work in Academia, where were his priorities?).
