Energie-investeringsaftrek (EIA). De EIA is een fiscale regeling: verhuurders 
kunnen investeringen in energiebesparing aftrekken van de 
vennootschapsbelasting. Dit levert een kostenbesparing op van gemiddeld 11%. 
Voorwaarde is dat het energielabel van een woning twee stappen beter of minimaal 
B wordt. Het totale budget voor 2009 en 2010 is 277,5 miljoen euro. 
Investeringen in bestaande huurwoningen die de energieprestatie van die woningen 
verbeteren komen hiervoor met terugwerkende kracht vanaf 1 juni 2009 in 
aanmerking. Het gaat om een tijdelijke stimuleringsmaatregel, die per 1 december
