Obama is yet again failing when it comes to leadership. He has had plenty of time to make up his mind. Either pull the troops out now, or go forward with his own general's plan for victory. And if thing changs down the line that call for a change in plans, then tackle them then, don't just sit around in indecision waiting to see what everyone else is going to do. That isn't leadership.
