Use your browser's search function, simply type "e" - there's lots of hidden text in there

that web page is nearly as big as my wifes arse lol

Opera can render it properly as well, and while it cannot travel to the center of the page, it has the neat "small screen" feature that lets you read all the text in the page without looking for it. If you're in a run and can't spend time using random search queries, it does come in handy.
