You're right. They should have all walked. The ones that live overseas should have swam. They would have been able to start sometime three - five years from now.

But seriously, it does look like they would have jetpooled or something. Even with jetpooling, who booked this thing in a place where the airport can only hold 15 small planes? dang, Out airport in San Antonio is one of the smaller ones and can park lots more than that. Maybe they forgot that so many countries were attending. Or maybe the thing was organized by F.E.M.A..
