This is all over the news the last two days. I can only hope, though, that having a backpack and a computer are not signs of being a terrorist, or we're all in trouble.

Like all the people at Gitmo, people are considered guility based on comments of unnamed sources who claim to know the truth.

But this is why we have trials. The "unnamed sources," would like to have this guy be guilty so sometimes info is fabricated to make it sound so and until there is evidence in a court of lie every accusation could just be trash.

However, of course, if someone is planing to blow up commuter trains, it would be great if they are captured. But accusations by unnamed sources ain't news, it's CNN.
