The gov. today performs illegal searches and seizures without probale cause contrary to the 4th Amendment of th Constitution. The gov. is not above the law.
They also must particularly describe circumstances and obtain warrants accordingly. Most Americans are ignorant to such facts and our civil liberties are stripped under the guise of "terrorism"
