would love to know the terms of this "understanding"

I figured this would have taken a little while longer, but I imagine it went something like this:

Legal: "We had that youtoobe site take down all infringing works"

Marketing: "Are you effing out of your minds!?! That site is like a nonstop commercial for our shows!"

Legal: "oops. our bad.... Sooooo. I guess we'll have 'em put it back then?"
