Hace falta una renovación del personal (sobre todo en recepción). En lugar de querer ayudar a los huéspedes, se preocupan más bien por estar tranquilos detrás de la recepción. De hecho, al solicitar un cepillo de dientes, ni siquiera me miraron a la cara y me lo tiraron delante de mí.
