I was disappointed not to see XnView listed here. XnView can do what several of the entries can, and is actually more powerful than two of them.

I like it a lot more than the similar ones on that list, although my usage is primarily from it's interpolation.

I agree about XnView, but they probably picked Faststone because it has a prettier interface.
