Ah, its good to see that this mainly despicable government can actually do the right thing every once in a while What happened doesn't seem fair,but for how long and how many times are we going to keep apologizing for things that happened because that is the way the law was at the time. Apologies are important. It shows that we understand today what happened then and the ramifications of those actions. It helps to heal the wounds that are still festering. many passengers were shot dead by British Indian police in Calcutta, now Kolkataafter how many months on the ship? Some much I don't know. And the real victims keep on forgiving their former tormentors. Well all but one notable exception. |
