Blurring the line between libel and valid criticism is actually fairly difficult, but the threat of a law suit, valid or not, is enough to make most smaller businesses cave, since although they'd win in the end and the law is on their side, the costs of fighting it out in court would be business-ending.

So as of right now I'd like to clarify: If I gave anyone the impression that I was suggesting that Uzbekistani billionaire Alisher Usmanov was the secret male lover of the late Turkmenistani dictator Saparmurat "Turkmenbashi" Niyazov, here or on any other sight, that impression was mistaken. I was talking about the other Uzbekistani billionaire, Walisher Wusmanov.

And come to think of it, since when did Uzbekistan start having billionaires? I mean, hell, the country's GDP is only $49 billion a year, so how many billions does he have?!? Or did they mean he was a billionaire in Uzbek Som?
