Well, I have not delved into all of his issues, but I cannot understand why the D candidate with the most experience and the largest union supporters, not to mention a run for the vice presidency before, is not the front runner for the party! Makes absolutely no sense to me.

He has other issues? This is pretty much all I ever hear him talk about. Well, I guess he does take stabs at Bush fairly often too.

Heard on public television this week that something like 70% of American fear big government, but only 20% or so fear big business. As right as Edwards is, and as valuable as his message has been, the constituency that gets it just isn't large enough yet.

Big business's horrid impact on foreign and domestic policy is the great untold story of American history. Big business, after all, publishes the history textbooks.

Big businesses rise and fall all the time. Big government just gets bigger and bigger until there is a catastrophic collapse. Anyone who thinks big business is anywhere near as bad as big business is a delusional nut case.
