Black families, black youths, and the economic conditions of black families were much better before the L.B. Johnson administration than they are 40 years after the "New Society" fascist bull crap. Really, and you got numbers to back that up, or are you just making that crap up as always? Prior to 1964 the incidence of black crime was comparable to white crime. Since then Black crime has risen about 20 percent per year. If you want to learn something ( which I know is a stretch), you could read a book (another stretch) called The End of Equality by Mickey Kaus. The breakdown of the black family via absent fathers started in the mid-sixties to where now fathers are almost non-existent in urban black households.
