The Democrats in Congress are playing a dangerous game that could leave our military without the necessary funding to continue operations. According to Defense Secretary Robert Gates:
"The military would cease operations at all army bases by mid-February of next year. This would result in the furloughing of about 100,000 government employees and a like number of contractor employees at army bases. These layoffs would have a cascading effect on depots and procurement. Similar actions would follow for the Marine Corps about a month later."
We cannot let this happen. The Democrats are attempting to stall on a $50 billion supplemental defense spending bill in order to appeal to their liberal political base.

While the GOP is killing innocents, both Americans and foreign nationals, to appease their corporate masters.

We want peace through victory, not defeat. Congress - needs give our troops the money they need to finish the job and come home.
