Ahhhh, men are distracted by bright colours then....would colour-blindness make a difference?

Seriously, I'd expect there to be a rising women's cosmetic market in Tehran, too. It is commonly accepted that women dress not for men but for other women. With this new-found freedom to actually show face, they will undoubtedly want to look their best, even if modest in their efforts by western standards.
