I just read that Sprint dumped 200 military accounts for racking up too many roaming charges. Wow. The link is at the source site for this article.

Well, it appears that the people dropped were making 40-50 calls to customer service per month...whoa. Probably just part of the story.

That's a lot of customer service. I wonder what those people were calling about? And what about dropping 200 military accounts for too many roaming charges? What happened to "support our troops?"
