It's old news. His birth certificate, number and all, has been public for months. Go to FactCheck.org for pictures.

Just because someone files a lawsuit doesn't mean there is a new issue. Do you honestly think that, at this point in the two-year campaign, that something so easily proven legally would have slipped past the Republican administration until now? Do you honestly think they'd let Obama get this far if they could knock him out at the start?

I guess that by failing to respond HookEm has "admitted" to my accusation that he did or still does beat his wife.

Reimers, He probably hasn't responded because he doesn't have to....or one of a hundred different reasons. What I find curious is where you get off making such an accusation to begin with and then making an assumption that your ridiculous accusation is true because he doesn't respond to it. Who the hell do you think you are anyway?? God?? No your not, you're a nobody, get use to it.

Lol... you're an idiot. It's known as complex question, presupposition, loaded question, "trick question", or plurium interrogationum (Latin, "of many questions"). It is an informal fallacy or logical fallacy. It is committed when someone asks a question that presupposes something that has not been proven or accepted by all the people involved. This fallacy is often used rhetorically, so that the question limits direct replies to those that serve the questioner's agenda.

Gee, it appears that Obama's "typical White" grandma isn't dying after all. I hope Obama doesn't kill her just to make this fake trip to Hawaii look good.

chestnut501, where did you get that info? Just this morning he noted that she might not make it to election day.

Though I am not a fan of WND, since many Obama rumors have been reported as fact by them, here’s an interesting sideline from August 2008 straight from them:

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=73214

a WND investigation has found that at least part of Berg's lawsuit relies on discredited claims.

However, FactChecker.org says it obtained Obama's actual birth certificate and that the document was indeed real. The site discredited some of the claims of Internet bloggers, such as that the certificate as viewed in a scanned copy released by Obama's campaign lacked a raised seal. FactChecker.org also established that many of the alleged flaws in the document noted b...
