I'm following a viariation of the slow carb, so this is helpful in conjunction with some of the tips; it's good to challenge the routine of my work out. I used to be an extremely fit person. Work out, mountain biking, yadah yadah... Age has made me somewhat lazy and therefore has let the tone begin it's short journey to lumpy land.
