I've wondered about that - about exactly what it was that being a war hero 35 years ago contributes toward one's executive capability. Seems like a non sequitur to me. And fair game, since he brings it up every day. soldiers to not all make the best generals, nor does serving in war necessarily qualify one to be "commander in chief". McCain's image is mythology. |
