AtlLiberal says:
What an ignorant, biased, bigoted, ideologue. Do you people still want to elect a President that you could sit down and "have a beer with"?

Only if he promises to choke on an accompanying pretzel.

This man is a war criminal, pure and simple, and it is a real shame that he and Cheney, along with Rumsfeld and the neo-cons in the defense department, will all get away with the crimes they have committed. I suppose what bothers me even more as that there are still people in the U.S. who support this guy, and who also support the mean-spirited xenophobes who are running for president on the Republican side. I was a Republican for many years, but over the past decade or so, the party has become so intolerant and mean-spirited towards the poor in our country among other things, that I wouldn't vote for one of them if they paid me the grand prize in megamillions.

Yes. I'm pretty much worn out with the negativity coming from the republicans these days. If it's not Moslems, it's illegal aliens, or atheists or elite liberals. All recipients of their message of hateful intolerence. Politically, hate seems to appeal to a certain segment of the population.

Let's see - just from this post:
Only if he promises to choke on an accompanying pretzel.

mean-spirited xenophobes
I guess you are correct.

and its very interesting that you are willing to bet your life and the lives of everybody in the Middle East that Iran isn't building a nuclear bomb. Which in your heart you know is true. You just figure what does it matter if Iran can blow up lots of stuff. You just want it to happen somewhere else.

And its very interesting that you continue to trust the same people that have repeatedly lied to you over and over again. I presume we'll find the nuclear bombs in the same warehouse with the WMD's from Iraq? And how interesting that you continue to be duped by this criminal, torture loving administration. That Kool-Aid must be mighty tasty. And it is interesting how the 25% that still follows this failed president thinks.

Of course, living in a free country you're free to believe whatever you want. Even if it is faith based rather than based in reality. Trust you gut - the rest of us will go with evidence.

Now we have the media pundits telling us that one of the reason's behind Mike Huckleberree's popularity is that he is a "regular guy". We don't need a "regular guy" in the White House. We need a nerd.

Calling the man a war criminal is not a hateful act, it is a statement of fact. Bush has broken international treaties we have signed which he swore to uphold. Your fervor of support for the man is misplaced, CR. Open your eyes.

Some people will remain skeptical no matter what they will beleive in the most rediculous things and will simply name call everything else. Some people never developed full reasoning powers while they were growing up but much like that old phrase you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.

You will find no blinder a man than the one that refuses to see.
