As it turned out it also would not have worked as regime change was not the purpose but only an excuse for the invasion. What first brought al-Qaeda to Iraq was the presence of the infidel US soldiers on Arab soil. This had caused major problems during Gulf1 and was a major reason/excuse for bin Laden during the interval before Gulf2.

So my solution was simple really. Pay Muslim troops from where ever to control Iraq after the invasion. US troops don't do peace. They would not learn from the Brits who had learnt valuab...

They would not learn from the Brits who had learnt valuable lessons in NI. Even if there was no al-Qaeda there eventually would be problems with US troops on Arab land. You only need remember Lebanon and how they didn't fare there.

So Pakistan or Indonesian or Egyptian troops would be well paid by their standard to maintain order until Iraq again had an army. and at less cost than US troops dying there instead. This was the solution but in hindsight it's better that my solution wasn't tried. It would have free up US troops for an Iranian invasion, followed by a Venezuelan, then North Korea, Libya, Lebanon, Syria, and where ever Israel wished. So US troops die but WW3 is averted. My solution was never going to work as the Bush gang didn't consider US soldiers lives except as statistics and they had the agenda of occupying and breaking up of Iraq all along. Rather Israel had that as it's agenda.
