Good news indeed but let's make sure we think about finding chocolate from sources that don't exploit people.

Yes it's easy to forget where it comes from. The famous names on chocolate, say nothing about the people who grow, and are paid little for their work. There needs to be credit given on the label to more than the manufacturer. Maybe a description of the cocoa's travels from bean to customer, with details of the labor and payment at each stage. Or a case of people showing, what a company can ignore for 'business' sake

There's probably a few reasons chocolate works, but the chemicals in chocolate probably not a problem as much as the fat and sugar. If we are active the sugar is great fuel, if not, it doesn't burn off. Perhaps the sex is needed to burn the fat and sugar off. Maybe some bacteria break down the fats, and process the chemicals, but we can feed them too much.
