It's called Quality -vs- Quantity. Maybe you just missed the clip by Pokkets that says final year Medical Grad students cannot even identify drugs by thier street names. Sounds like the U.S. (and others) need better educators not more of them.

Before I believe this story, I would do some research to make sure its true. The news and media is controlled by the Cuban Government.
