Carlin was many things: Comedian, Actor, Anti-Establishment and political satirist, and an iconoclast that became an icon.
Probably best remembered for his "7 Words" bit, I remember his "What is the Difference Between a Sport and an Activity " better. He was an amazing, insightful man with a crisp biting humor. He will be missed.
