The Obama administration is dumping $2 Billion to help a Brazillian oil company do offshore oil drilling. Thats right, the same guy who won't even let private investors drill here is giving a hand out to Brazil for drilling. He is saving or creating jobs, just not in the USA, and if you note carefully he never said he would create/save US jobs, so I guess he is keeping that promise.

I have actually mentioned this very Brazilian oil company on this forum before, but I'm sure you don't remember. A man named George Soros recently invested $811 Million into this company and lost half of it with the economic downturn. This hand out is going to turn around his loss and make him a HUGE profit. This investment into Petrobras is Soros's biggest holding in his hedge fund by far.
