Today's tasty dish is about as easy as they come. It can be served alone or as a side dish, depending on your preferences. The photo shows some yummy pork chops along with the pasta, but you can skip the meat if you're not into eating flesh. The main ingredient for this dish is a product from Trader Joe's, called Mixed Olive Bruschetta. If you don't happen to have access to a <A target="_blank" href="http://www.traderjoes.com/index.html">Trader Joe's</A> store (I'm SO sorry!), you can make your own with mixed Greek olives, olive oil and some Greek seasonings. I like the T.J.'s mix because it's easy, inexpensive and beautifully crafted.
