Rustee, judging by the number of pops, clippers are not too enthusiastic about saving lives. We seem to get a similar lack of interest on positive news on Iraq and the economy.

On the hand, I've noticed propaganda like photos of "stranded " polar bears, lies about one million dead Iraqi civilians, and anything related to Bush being a fascist seem to do quite well.

That is the nature of why we POP - The tyranny of opinion - where facts just seem to get in the way.

Another interesting fact. The most heavily armed populations are the Swiss and the Israelis. Crime is negligible in both countries. Even more interesting is that the Members of the Swiss army keep their weapons - fully automatic assault rifles or pistols - and a small emergency supply of ammunition at home. According to the Swiss Constituition, upon completion of all required military service, the gun becomes the property of the individual soldier. Assault rifles are then transformed into semi-automatic weapons. Therefore, military-issue weapons, often generations old, are kept in Swiss households. Knowledge is power.

I live in a neighborhood where guns are ubiquitous, and it's definitely a "free-crime zone". And I popped by mistake, but as there's no way to take it back, you can have it.
