The recent new format of videos uploads which have been converted for what was supposed to protect the Media from being tampered with, has constituted reformatting of copyrighted material and is now key ingredient that causes myspace to be named as the violator of copyrighted materials. Universal also sued Sony Pictures Entertainment's site grouper.com and bolt.com which is an independent site.
