call DefaultView.SEView,just rename this file to DefaultView.SEView.old .Ensure that visual studio is closed while you do this.

Reopen Visual studio and it will take some time and then you should be able to open server explorer etc without a problem,when you close visual studio ,it will recreate this file again.
