Before this article, I hadn't really put much thought into why someone would ignore the science and accept man made global warming on faith. For these people, it is a religion and for any religion to survive it must have its believers.

Yeah, I believe an article that smears catholics (like me) on its way to describe something that can be seen with the naked eye. BTW, why are some people obsessed with global warming not been man made, could it be that they don't want to change their privilege lifestyles?

No ratilfar, it's because there's been plenty of evidence of the same warming occurring every 1500 years. You could certainly debate whether we caused this round, but what about the one before and before that one? If you can intelligently explain those warmings, perhaps it'll be much more plausible that we caused this one.
