I love my StarTAC!!!!! I think I still have the phone somewhere, although I couldn't find an adequate replacement battery. I was heartbroken when I had to trade up to a shit LG. It was really the best cel phone ever. It had a huge speaker and sounded great. They need to reissue the StarTAC and market it towards people who do not want or need to use their phone for: playing mp3s, watching TV, surfing the web, etc. I wish someone would just put out a phone that's a great phone and texts when you need it to. I miss my StarTAC.

i totally agree with you! But new hot shot LG phone doesn't compare to the good ol' days of the simple starTac! Glad to know I'm not alone on this
