Robert Downey Jr. is one of the most gifted actors of his generation, IMHO. Yes, he has had some really dark and nasty chapters in his personal life, but he delivers a performance that few can really come close to in this day and age. His Oscar-nominated turn as Chaplin was amazing and his appearances in Ally McBeal were the most fun the series ever saw. I expect this to be a great movie.
