Bucket of worms being opened. Who decides if a person is old and unhealthy because of untreated mental disorders caused involvement in a war.
This would only create the need for more lawyers.
Doctors are earning as much as possibly because they made sure there was a shortage of doctors. Now some have time to get bossy.
Mind you, I do believe we should all have good health because we were so well educated with buckets of sayings.
