Pick the leaves from the stem and put them in a sandwich bag and push all the air out and close it tight, then throw them in the freezer. Every time you take them out to use, add in the oil with onions and so on, the green color of the fresh leaves and aroma comes right back in 30 seconds. </P><P></P><H3>MASOOD S.
